is compiled by a C++ compiler. It needs adjustments.

Sylvain Pion faf9a99f21 On Darwin, -fno-common is only needed when making the shared libs themselves, 
not all the time, so move it from ADDITIONAL_CXXFLAGS to CGAL_SHARED_LIB_CXXFLAGS.
