Menelaos Karavelas b4e18f5d88 added some simple computations in Svd_basic_predicates_C2; 
the Svd_oriented_side_of_bisector_C2 class now does the filtering
correctly even in the case of complex sites; minor debugging related
changes to the traits file

Michael Hoffmann d61f1d619e Set CORE_INSTALLATION = CGAL with cmdline-option -core. 
There is no example/makefile anymore.
