Otherwise that inserts a buggy "<p>" tag in the package overview where the
doctype does not allow it.

Sébastien Loriot c271379d25 bugfix/clean up in MP_Float to split an int into 
high and low bits using a mask rather than a union (the initialization
of union changed in cpp0x and the former implementation was "dangerous")

Laurent Rineau badcdb5871 Completely remove the support for auto-linking of GMP and MPFR 
I have grepped for auto_link/(GMP|MFR)|AUTO_?LINK_(GMP|MPFR) and I removed
completely any support for auto-linking of GMP and MPFR from CGAL.

That is no longer necessary, nor relevant, no that we provide precompiled
GMP and MPFR libraries under standard names libgmp-10.lib and
libmpfr-4.lib.

To test in candidates:

   Installation
   Number_types

Andreas Fabri a1bc5ab47b Move MP_Float.cpp to a header MP_Float_impl.h 
Having MP_Float.cpp in the CGAL library exposes the ABI of the STL
container std::vector<limb>. That is not recommended because the ABI
of the STL depends on compilation flags (debug, thread-safe, etc.)
