Ester Ezra 109e094330 Checking that the notigier is not 0 in update_subdivision function. 
It coused a bug thanks to overlapping edges which in this case make no insertion but
notify the Planar map.

Shai Hirsch 965fee9e6d A fix by Oren to a bug in merge_edge because of a wrong assumption in the code. 
Another fix is a pointer that should have been initialized to NULL.
