Andreas Meyer 283f74d6ac another step towards doc_tex->doxygen : 
a file comments.txt is now written by the html converter, that contains
all interesting comment for code related items (methods, variables, 
constructors etc)

Sylvain Pion c5a77c65da Use the same default for the "limit" parameter within the hilbert_sort 
functions, as in the Hilbert_sort_[23] classes.
(makes hilbert_sort() in sync with its documentation)
