- Use //CGAL_NO_FILTER_BEGIN and //CGAL_NO_FILTER_END for a few predicates.
- Optimized collinearC3(): 2 subtractions less in the common case.
- Removed buggy CGAL_kernel_exactness_precondition().
- Fixed a few trivially buggy functions.
