Pedro Machado Manhaes de Castro 240e1ddbb2 Replacing Cache_full and Cache_minmax with a bit_field. 
Some optimazations have been done around the bit field too.
  - is_x_monotonic,
  - is_y_monotonic,
  - on_upper_part,
  - on_left_part (added)
