Successfully test in CGAL-4.3-Ic-102
This commit fixes a few issues in the doxygen documentation and in particular
the figure for the generation of latex doc.
Approved by the interim release manager
xplain why this merge is necessary,
this happens if you have an empty line or the text directly after /!*
to find them in the generated documentation, grep for "pre class=\"fragment\""
(a few of them are legitimate however)
SqrtFieldNumberType is no longer documented. (For how long?)
I have also rephrase "A `SqrtFieldNumberType`" to "A model of the
`SqrtFieldNumberType` concept", that sounds more correct.
This commit also updates the respective mock-headers when the
corresponding .tex documentation has changed. This has been the case for:

Wextra results in a dreadful wall of yellow in the test-suite and is
scary when using CGAL. Reduce some of the noise by silencing the
obvious cases with CGAL_USE or comments.
-Wunused-local-typedefs is a new warning flag of gcc-4.7, and it will enabled
by -Wall since gcc-4.8 (not yet released).
The fix is a big set of removals of unused typedefs (or comments, or moves,
depending on the context).
features/doxy-pmoeller and add changes for ccRequires on top of it.
ATTN: This changeset should be unmerged before the whole branch goes
back into next.
Just changing the order of includes works around the issue.

used. Those were mostly in Polyhedron and HalfedgeDS but some places
in Arrangement_2 used it, too. Neither of the parts of Arrangement_2
have been documented.
- Now its works better with gray images that have negative values.
- The research of seeds now create better initial points: the intersection
points are search locally to the discovered connected components.
We declare
cmake_minimum_required(VERSION 2.6.2)
but we also use
cmake_policy(VERSION 2.8.4)
to declare that our CMake scripts are OK with all the defaults of CMake policies
as of CMake-2.8.4. That shuts down the warnings of CMake-2.8.4.
That way, we no longer need any declaration of specific policies.
Those two lines must be present and maintained in all our CMakeLists.txt
files (the one for the libraries, and also the one for examples and demos,
and maybe tests).
The documentation of CGAL says that the minimal version of CMake must be
CMake-2.6.2.
- change cmake_minimum_required to VERSION 2.6.2
- no longer any need for the policy CMP0003 (was for 2.4.x)
- no longer any need for CMAKE_ALLOW_LOOSE_LOOP_CONSTRUCTS (was for 2.4)
Compute_initial_points ("compute" is for the calculation of numerical
values, and "construct" is for the calculation of any other complex types
of the CGAL kernel). The naming is right at other places (in code and doc).

these packages already manage patchs to 3.5 and trunk manually. All the
changes here seem to be fixes to package descriptions (change -08 to -09).

Complex_2_in_triangulation_3_polyhedron_builder used to orient coherently the facets but not globally: the mesh was randomly oriented towards inside or outside.
This fix orients the facet with max z towards +Z axis, in order to orient the mesh towards outside.
This is a naive algorithm but is works most of the time.
- CMake's conditional use of the marching cube code.
- Use Surface_mesher_generator instead of make_surface_mesh().
- Better drawing of multi-label surface meshes.
the right widget, with other criteria (manifold...).
- Save image settings for the multilabel case.
- polyhedral surface support is now optional.
- The main window store and restore its state.
